Very disappointed in this company. The chain broke on my necklace about 6 months after purchase... bare in mind most of this time we were in lockdown so it had had very limited use. Hardly worn. I kept meaning to pop to a store and ask them to fix it - which i assumed wouldn't be a problem for a second given the brands price point. Cos of the pandemic, i didn't get round to getting to a store, so decided to email asking for a replacement or to see if it can be fixed. I got a very blunt and cold email in response, no niceties.. no 'sorry to hear your chain broke' or any time of polite comment. Just a very cold copy n paste job and i quote "This product has exceeded the warranty of 6 months for faulty items in accordance with the consumer's rights act 2015." I really expected much better level of service from this brand. I kicked back and the company were still willing to do nothing... the tone of their customer service team is so cold and blunt and really lacks any empathy. On a separate note... i purchased two different necklaces in one order to wear together layered. One of the two necklaces is has changed colour over time so they do not match colour wise anymore. Shows the poor quality of these products. Customer service to me at this type of price point is paramount and this company has total disregard for their customers. I would not purchase from them again... there are far nicer brands selling the same quality goods at lower price that i would rather spend my money with. Poor quality seems to be a running theme having read the other reviews on this page.It's the little details that keep you loyal to a brand... a simple willingness to repair or replace a chain goes a long way.

Really gorgeous designs but terrible quality for the price. Ordered two pairs, and both the clasps broke. Someone got me a pair for Christmas too and the clasp on one was broken also. That’s three pairs with the same quality issue. I was lucky to have them all replaced but it’s not acceptable to sell customers seemingly cheaply made earrings for top cash dolla. Consider before you purchase!

I am a huge Astrid and miyu fan! As well as buying myself a few times I always ask for items for Xmas and my birthday.Recently my friends got me some lovely earrings, unfortunately one of the gems fell out and I couldn’t find it. I contacted the team and Jodie kindly arranged for me to send them back and sent me out another pair (i can’t wait to wear them again). I appreciate some companies wouldn’t have done this but it has left me feeling like a really valued customer and I can’t wait to get some more bits soon!

The quality of this jewellery is appalling for the price. I purchased quite a lot for my two daughters over Cmas and I was so disappointed. A rose gold ring I gifted is now silver. A choker necklace with T Bar closure is not only virtually impossible to open and close. Extremely fiddly closure but on top of that the necklace has tarnished terribly. For £60+I would have expected much better quality. My advice would be Stay away and look for an alternative make.

I placed an order with A&M and got the delivery address wrong, which meant the parcel was returned to sender. I spoke with Jodie, who was super helpful and friendly. Despite it being my mistake, she immediately issued a credit note for the full amount (I had originally used a discount code), which meant that I wasn’t charged more when I reordered the earrings. Lovely customer service, thank you!

My boyfriend bought a bracelet and he put he’s email address, and didn’t receive any update from that order. Sorted out now And very grateful with Maddie for her help. ?

Having issues with two pairs of my huggies. One pair I received for Christmas a few days ago and the other a few months ago. Haven’t been able to wear them as I had issues with the clasp. Jodie was extremely supportive, she sent over a which carefully showed me what to do to correct the issue. I can now wear both pair of huggies which I am super happy about. Thanks so much Jodie!

I visited the store in Selfridges, Trafford Centre. I had my ears pierced for the first time by Araminta - she was excellent, really informative about the piercing process and aftercare, and put me at ease & made the whole thing really comfortable for my first time being pierced. Will definitely be back if I need any more piercings!

Fab service, replacement earring sent for lost new piercing earring. Very happy!

I had a great treatment in the Selfridges store by Leila and her team that accommodated my friend’s and mine requests when my friend went for a piercing session. Great service and lovely jewellery. Thank you Leila
